• Click arrows on top left to navigate between weeks, or choose from the drop down mini calendar.
  • Availability and times/locations already booked are listed.  
  • You may select any time slot within an availability window as long as there is enough time allowed for travel to and from existing events.  
  • Click on an available time slot for more information.
  • Google Maps can help you determine travel time required to or from existing events, or you may contact us.
  • Allow about 45 minutes for set up and pack up.  Set up and pack up times are already included in existing bookings (In example, if I am scheduled for Rockville MD at 12:15pm, I need to arrive there by 12:15pm).
  • If a time adjustment is needed to meet this criteria I will reply with that information after you submit your booking form.
